Returns & Replacements
At Primedepot247, we take great pride in the quality of our products. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. If within 30 days of receiving your order, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value.
We cannot accept returns on personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged intently. No claims will be accepted more than 30 days after the receipt of your purchase, or if the product shows any evidence of prior use or alteration.
You may return merchandise for a refund or replacement using our online return service or by contacting Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm . Please keep your packaging slip and provide it with your return, as well as a note of how you would like to proceed with the return
Remember to check the ‘Problems’ section periodically so that, if necessary, you can get in touch with the customer and solve their problems. After dealing with the problem, you can mark it as ‘read’ to distinguish already-solved problems from those that are still to be solved.
|How to cancel an order?|
If you wish to cancel an order and stop your shipment, you can cancel it in maximum 24 hours by sending an email at email@example.com with the order id and the specification that you want it to be canceled.
Please review your orders, delivery addresses, amounts, products, quantities and attributes thoroughly before finalising them.
